Welcome to you and your newborn

As a rostered PEFHT patient in Prince Edward County, you and your well-baby will be scheduled for a series of care visits with your Primary Care Provider or Jenn Howting, RN. 

Optionally, families can have their Primary Care Provider refer to Jenn, or you can self-refer by calling Jenn directly at 613-813-6512

As a patient rostered with the Prince Edward Family Health Team, here is a list of services and supports available:
