Better Breathers Peer Support Group Available Better Breathers is a peer support group at the Belleville & Quinte West Community Health Centre. This group is for those with COPD and their caregivers to socialize, ask questions, and share their stories. They also come prepared with an educational topic. It is free to attend. We have 3 groups available: Belleville: 2nd Tuesday of every month from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Quinte West: 1st Wednesday of every month from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
