Spring COVID Booster Vaccine Eligibility:

Individuals are eligible for a Spring COVID booster vaccine if it has been 6 months from their most recent COVID-19 vaccine dose or 6 months from a COVID-19 infection AND meet any 1 of the following eligibility criteria.

Dose Eligibility:

  • Adults 65 years and older.
  • Adult residents of retirement homes, group homes, long-term care homes, shelters, and correction facilities.
  • Individuals 55 years and older who identify as First Nations, Inuit, or Metis and their non-Indigenous household members who are 55 years and older.
  • All other individuals are not currently recommended to receive a COVID-19 vaccine this spring and are advised to wait until further MOH recommendations. This includes individuals not at higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19 who did not receive a COVID-19 vaccine in Fall 2023, unless they are specifically recommended to receive a dose by their health care provider.

Please refer to the COVID-19 website for more information.

Please continue to our booking link if you meet the above criteria AND are a current resident of Prince Edward County AND do not have a current primary care provider.

At this time, we are only booking those without a primary care provider unless recommended by their PCP.
